Much of his professional experience lives in technology and finance, where he focused on problem-solving, automation, and operations. He enjoys untangling complex setups, spotting inefficiencies, and replacing them with solutions that are clearer, more reliable, and easier to maintain. Over time, this naturally led him toward automation and system design—finding smart ways to reduce friction so people can spend less time fighting tools and more time doing meaningful work.
He's also spent a lot of time in customer-facing roles, especially in sales and coffee. Those experiences shaped how he thinks about communication and trust. Whether you’re explaining a technical solution or handing someone their morning coffee, clarity, honesty, and respect matter. Good systems only work when people feel comfortable using them, and strong relationships are what make any operation sustainable.
Coffee and hospitality were less of a career detour and more of a return to something foundational: community. Outside of work, family and community are central to who he is. He's a father to three, a grandfather to two, and a proud cat dad. Those roles keep him grounded and shape how he thinks about time, priorities, and what really matters. He values curiosity, steady learning, and conversations that lead somewhere useful.
